The staff were very friendly throughout my visit. They were very informative and made me feel super comfortable. They explained my options clearly and allowed me to have a think about my decision. I definitely would recommend and go back again.

I was scared to go today but when I got there I felt totally relaxed spoke all the way through the procedure and I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders, if I was not to be able to receive this service today I do not know what I would do because my GP could not do the procedure for me so thank you very much for treating me a making me feel safe

Having a coil replaced is never a great experience, shall we say!, but the 2 ladies who took care of me today were wonderful, very respectful and caring and tried to distract me as well. Very pleased with my care today xxx thank you ladies :-)

Having the staff I had in the room my anxiety wasn't has high because the atmosphere was relaxed and all 3 lady's made me feel relaxed n comfy and I would love to go there again and have my implant changed but I'd like the 3 same people.
