The nurses working were very friendly and allowed to feel at ease which is helpful when you can feel like you’re in an embarrassing situation. They were very professional and took their time to explain and help you understand what was going on.

The highlight of my visit was the nurse Gemma who was so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, whilst explaining key information. It felt like talking to a friend, which made the process a lot easier. I would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting the clinic.

absolutely lovely people, i went to get my implant done and it didn’t hurt that bad because they were talking throughout it, laughing around and making me feel as comfortable as possible, they have never made me feel uncomfortable in any sort of way
