Gemma and Kate were very welcoming and supportive, they were more then happy to answer any questions I asked and explained my treatment to full extent. They put my mind at ease as it can be quite intimidating going into such place but they made me feel very comfortable. I will be very happy if I ever have to return here and would highly recommend them.

Gemma and Kate made me feel so comfortable, answered all of my questions and really set me at ease. It was a smooth, beneficial and great experience thanks to these two ladies. A welcoming environment with fabulous staff.

I’ve got a phobia of needles but the women who Cared for me were nothing but calm and understanding! They honestly were sooooo accommodating to the fact I was petrified. They explained everything in detail and allowed me time to calm down before and after the procedure
