The staff were very comforting and made sure I knew about the process and what changes it would bring before carrying out the procedure. During the procedure they made sure i was comfortable with everything and kept updating me on what they were about to do. Honestly if I could give more than five stars I would but overall loved every bit and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nothing everything was honestly carried out in the most professional fashion and the staff are well trained as well.

Very good and kind service. The clinician was helpful and informative, seemed genuine in the care given.

Had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen despite having a booked appointment.

The staff were friendly and called me through before my appointment time.
Suggested improvements
The light the staff were provided with was floor standing and it was not really fit for purpose as she couldn’t pull the light in at the correct angle and the nurse helping had to keep moving it and holding it to help as the light was otherwise resting on my leg/ foot.
