Reception area was quite confusing, it was an office instead of a desk. But didn’t cause any issues.

Brilliant experience, the workers were very caring and friendly and as someone who suffers with anxiety I found it as calming an experience as it can get for me. Amazing people working here they genuinely care for your comfort.

All the staff were knowledgeable and kind, and the environment was clean and welcoming. Kept me informed throughout and were generally just really lovely and professional.

The lady that did my implant was so lovely. Very calming and reassuring.

She couldnt of done anything better even she tired.

This was the first time I have used the service/clinic and the quality of service, professionalism and care received was outstanding. I don't usually bother leaving comments or complaints but this experience but the staff/team deserve credit for their work and the exceptionally high quality of service they delivered. Way better than most if not all public services even though they were short staffed that day. Many thanks

Waited an hour to be seen but once taken in service was good.

Be able to book online and update searches. There seems to be not many doing sexual health screening now but took time to find out where to go.

The care and treatment received from staff when at Brook was second to none. Thank you.

A few teething issues with the transfer over to the new system. However staff went above and beyond to rectify this.
