I have been coming for some months now for recurring treatment and every time I visit all the staff are very friendly and kind and professional. Feel very looked after at this clinic.

I’ve enjoyed my time with the nurse. We spoke and there were a lot of laughters. They really made me enjoy the moment I spent at the clinic and I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

The front door open lock was not working, so I had to wait outside before someone came to open the door.

I visited today for an implant removal. After having this procedure done previously at other clinics I have always found it to be very uncomfortable and painful. I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had and the lady who carried out my removal was quick and efficient and made me feel at ease. Thank you !

I didn’t get the complete attention to the case at hand as I was referred to another branch which could take weeks to even get an available date.It felt like a total waste of time for me as I believe I should have been made aware of these possibilities when booking for the appointment earlier.

Ask more specific questions regarding a client’s needs/ situation to better proffer the best solution. Or better refer them to the center that you will resolve the issues in its entirety.

Nurse who treated me was excellent. Kind, caring and empathetic. She made me feel at ease, whilst giving me the appropriate treatment and information/advice.

Wait times were quite long but understandable.

I was brought into a room which seemed like an office with lots of things cluttered around everywhere. There were 2 lady’s in the room one who I was talking too and one who was just sat in the corner. My first complaint is that I was never Introduced to this lady and I had no idea why she was there. My second complaint is that when I had the injection the lady did not wash her hands nor wore gloves. My third complaint is that after my injection I started to slightly bleed and some of the injection started to run down the area this caused both lady’s to start frantically searching for a cotton pad which I believe she should of had on hand in the first place. While these lady’s carried on searching I bumped into the draw the lady for the injection out of which she didn’t shut in the first place (this all happened while my trousers were still down).

Wash hands/ wear gloves Make patients seem more welcome and understand what exactly is going on I’m not usually a person to feel uncomfortable but this shore did I am 15 years old
