The staff were friendly and professional and made me feel very at ease and comfortable. They took great care in explaining the procedure and ensured I was aware of what was happening or about to happen.

The staff had some difficulty finding the correct equipment, as the rooms hadn't been set up correctly for them. This was NOT their fault and was very frustrating for the staff to try and deal with. They maintained professionalism throughout. Equally the online system kept making things difficult for the staff member who was trying to input details on the forms, so perhaps this could be streamlined for them.
