Online service asks if you have symptoms, if yes it doesn't say you can't be treated but still gives you an appointment. The service itself @brook is excellent, staff are pleasant and make you fell comfortable and relaxed. Let down by the online service, disappointed taking the long journey for no reason when I could've been informed online prior. Staff did all they could to direct me to correct service!!
