i waited 3 months for an appointment, had to take 1/2 days holiday to accommodate the appointment time, then was rang 2 hours b4 my appointment to say they had to cancel it. lafy on the phone was very nice and apologetic but i was only offered a morning appointment - the only one available at all for the following week, not a option as i don't work local and it would have meant taking a days holiday no other options given or apart from an appointment x amount of weeks later as there is nothing available until July. no back up plan, no alternative option given, deeply disappointed as the whole session was cancelled not just mine due to an issue with the site but nurses were available so it would have been an option to see if another room or clinic was available and divert people with the available nurses or at least get an additional session made available for next week at the time.
