Before I went I looked on the website as I didn’t want to turn up to the days that are appointment only. I turned up on the drop in days to get something quite important and they told me that they had stopped the drop in and that they could not give it me and if I wanted to try again tomrorow I could but it’s not promised. I traveled about 30 minutes as that’s the closest one to me to be told they can’t give it me and I should try another place. Really was not happy.
