I had such a comfortable and calming experience at brook on Monday, they made sure i knew exactly what my procedure entailed, what they was going to do and that I was comfortable at all times. I went for my first injection, I was treated with kindness and respect. They made sure all cleaning standards was up-kept and that they was safe and so was I. I would recommend the service to anyone, especially young people who are nervous about going to the service. All the staff are amazing and so kind.

Honestly nothing, everything about the service is amazing and should carry on the way they are going.
