Good for working through issues and taking control of own mental health self care. Not beneficial for everyone. But time and maturity can be used to heal oneself. Good food. Adequate scope for exercise under circumstances and opportunities to explore interests on computer/in own time.
Suggested improvements
Treatment can have a feel of studied disorganization and deliberate perverseness in some 'rules' such as not allowing individuals soap or other. Perfectly normal implements, when they are perfectly capable. Standard of OT art could be better, as could hygiene of bedlinen (on several occasions).

Most of the time staff would go out of there way to help is they could.
Suggested improvements
Helped new staff to no the rules of the ward as sometimes they did not. No and then you would get mixed things going on.

Because other hospitals allow us to use our phones it can get very lonely and its causing so much stress.

9/10 professional, compassionate, caring, good listeners. They all went the extra mile right medication I am making a good recovery.

Act more firmly when known rules broken. We have all made mistakes with rules but they are broken consistently.
