I would be lost without the psychology team.

It is disappointing when the DBT group gets cancelled, especially at short notice. In the past, it felt more consistent. I feel that it should be more often, I forget what I have learned.

I have found psychology at Brockfield House very helpful. I have enjoyed doing my DBT informed with them on an individual basis. I have enjoyed some of the psychological groups. I have felt supported by my ward psychologists.
Suggested improvements
I would have liked more individual sessions. I had once a week. other than that there is nothing else.
