I find it very interesting. I find talking about my difficulties helpful. I found DBT informed on an individual basis helpful.
Suggested improvements
Two of my APs have left. I would prefer to have more consistency and someone long term as I find Psychology helpful.

My psychologist (Stacey) was very understanding, in comparison to other Psychologists. I was relaxed and felt I could open up. I found it beneficial to talk about my experiences.
I find groups beneficial for the conversation and they can be informative.
Suggested improvements
The Psychologist I had before Stacey was not as engaging. I did not have sessions with her. I found she judged me without knowing me (e.g. assuming I would run away).
I find Psychology groups can be long and I prefer individual.

I find psychology helps me talk about my health and my experiences and what is going on in my brain. I have enjoyed individual and group psychology. I prefer 1:1 but i enjoy both.
Suggested improvements
If I had the choice I would ask for more psychology - twice a week.

I like Psychology because I am learning a lot and I am engaging with the sessions. I enjoy doing individual sessions because I find I can focus more.

I am not as fond of group settings because I like my own space otherwise there is nothing to comment on.

Psychology is good because they get through to people who needs help. I am now starting to listen to the "true consistency of my childhood". I haven't been able to explore this in other hospital. This is the best hospital i have been in. I am finally getting some therapy.

I like psychology as it is informative and the staff are caring and thoughtful. They are good listeners. I enjoyed making a timeline in my individual sessions. it was hard and emotional and I know I have a long way to go but it is a start in the right direction.
Suggested improvements
My only criticism is I wish I was having individual sessions more - this appears to be because APs are leaving.
