The nurse was extremely approachable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and was very informative about the contraceptive given to me.
Had to return as the waiting times were too long the first time. This time I came at the walkin offering time and was seen almost straight away.
Would highly recommend miss (Mrs) Cotton (didn't see her first name). She was very friendly and lovely person.

All staff at all times are truly committed to giving the best care possible- building old- waiting area old.
Wheelchair service does not give individual assessment regarding wheelchair usage- it's too big and too heavy.

The care and support from all of the physiotherapist. They taught me how to perform each exercise correctly and on hand to advice. The only suggestion I can make is that it would be good for everyone to be introduced to each other at the first session - staff and the other clients. Thanks to all for your professionalism and support throughout the course.
