The nurse was extremely approachable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and was very informative about the contraceptive given to me. Had to return as the waiting times were too long the first time. This time I came at the walkin offering time and was seen almost straight away. Would highly recommend miss (Mrs) Cotton (didn't see her first name). She was very friendly and lovely person.
