Appointments are always on time. Starts with a lovely welcome to the unit, staff are always kind, caring and genuinely interested in your progress.
Decision making: The nurse looking after me had changed this time, after nearly a year. I have no problem with this, but it would have been nice to be introduced to him and given an explanation of why it had changed.

I agree that you should have been made aware and introduced to your new nurse. We have recently had some changes to the team and the newer members are getting used to the process and systems. We have also experienced a high level of sickness, which has also been negatively reflective on the smooth running of service. I will ensure that the team are aware of your review and look at ways this can be rectified for the future. Once again thank you for your review we really do appreciate your feedback so we can continue to use them in our service development.
Staff have been exceptionally kind, understanding and friendly treatment process has been fine.
Thank you for your review. Sorry this was not clear in the information you found. We will review are systems and make sure this is clearer for people who are attending not local to Northamptonshire. NHFT has many site buildings that are spread over our long thin county the address on the trust website is listed as St Mary's Hospital. We do endeavor to make sure all our correspondence is clear with Berrywood Hospital address. I do acknowledge this can be confusing for people travel from further a field. I have also added spiritual and religious needs to out front sheet following your review so we are reminded of the importance of asking individuals of their needs.
I am really sorry this happened to you. I have checked our website and it now shows Berrywood hospital. However, you should also have received a map and further details with your appointment letter.
