Decision making: The nurse looking after me had changed this time, after nearly a year. I have no problem with this, but it would have been nice to be introduced to him and given an explanation of why it had changed.
Thank you for your review, and bringing this to my attention. I would like to apologise for the level of communication you experienced. I agree that you should have been made aware and introduced to your new nurse. We have recently had some changes to the team and the newer members are getting used to the process and systems. We have also experienced a high level of sickness, which has also been negatively reflective on the smooth running of service. I will ensure that the team are aware of your review and look at ways this can be rectified for the future. Once again thank you for your review we really do appreciate your feedback so we can continue to use them in our service development.
