Some staff are really good at there job always takes interest in your needs.
Some staff are really not good at there job and can be quite rude.

Keep my room locked at all time, My pencils have been stolen by staff. It's cold all the time on the ward.
Bob the night staff keep going in my room and leaving my poor open. I told him not too, but he dont care.
Was kicked by a black girl o the ward at dinner time noth.

Not got anoth staff on so I can go out. Whats the point in haveing leave if I can not go because of staff.
Today and yesac.

Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. We have looked at our staffing levels on our inpatient wards and are satisfied that we can provide care in a safe way. However, we have had to rely recently on an unusual number of temporary staff which, we realise, does not always provide the continuity and quality of care that patients expect. We are actively recruiting more permanent staff and, wherever possible, using the same temporary staff so they get to know patients. We are also training the temporary staff so that they can better support regular staff with activities both within and outside the hospital. We will be closely monitoring feedback.

Having keyworkers, psycholigists and nurses there to support during times of uncertainty distress and treatment helped a lot.
What can be improved is to have regular contact with keyworkers/nurses for 1 to 1's to explain circumstances and situations better.

A bit more information on more things work, and what you can and can't have in your room.
Not to be categorised as the same as everyone else. I came from a medium secure and I have got less in my room being in low secure setting my risks are comer yet I have lost out on what I can have.

Attentive staff is good.
Lots of groups and activities is good.
They could do with more staff on the weekends to facilitate town leave.
