Give all the staff a pay rise especially Dave.
Improve - tea should available all the time if need be not a patients to take a charge of tea trolley so staff are free to work.
Gym induction should be done asap when someone is admitted. Upon admition you should find out what patients like to do so that GT and other activities can be planned withing first week of stay. Remember we are human before we are patients so having better breaks down bar.

The staff have been wonderful.
They deserve a rise in salary. If you need volunteers, I'm up for volunteering.

I suggest lymphatic gland massage, reflexology and ioga (yoga) with her music.
I was very pleased with Ms Eileen Young and the shiatsu massage today.
27/10/15. Walks are also always very helpful. Stretching exercise and sit-ups.

I enjoy being on this ward knowing that everyone is being treated OK!
We always comfort and treat to everyone who has a bad day.
The best thing that happened to me was Dr Mann said I can go to Headway 3 days a week. I've been going there for the past 5 years and I absolutely love it so much. To invent more things to do on the ward everyday to improve things on the ward.
