Give all the staff a pay rise especially Dave. Improve - tea should available all the time if need be not a patients to take a charge of tea trolley so staff are free to work. Gym induction should be done asap when someone is admitted. Upon admition you should find out what patients like to do so that GT and other activities can be planned withing first week of stay. Remember we are human before we are patients so having better breaks down bar.
