A genuine concern about my condition and a determination to get me better and well.
My care has been good wit lots of people (nurses) asking if I am okay. I have not made it easy for the nurses.
I had a good chat with one of the nurse and she gave me real good advice. Her name is Loveness.
I think that the nurses on this ward are angles and I also had advice from Lynn. I think Lynn is amazing because she has got through so much with me but still cares!!
Genuine concern for patient shown by all members of treatment team better before and after procedures.
I actually feel like with all of the, lots of help and guidance, given to me, and all the rest of us, now well rested and given help with the medication and all extra guidance we will be feeling better again soon and able to lead a better way of healthy life.
The nurses are kind and helpful. The medical term is a bit distant and I don't see them frequent. Lack of hygiene in the toilets, flash don't work and a lot of staff is broken.
All care is good on ward staff are very helpful and accommodating only problem is to see doctor and advocate about personal taking long time. Staff always there to talk to and remind you of meds. Lots of food. No complaints.
Yesterday, Saturday the 12th of December 2015, around 20:15 there has been a situation in our main language that (according to me) was not dealt with the best way. Instead of trying to solve all issues between us with medication why not taking some time to listen to both the victim(s) and aggressive person on people in private? By discussing things in the lounge where each one can pick a side, feel stronger due to being part of a larger group I guess that not even staff is safe from harm although this has been their chosen approach to address the above. Basically it's only a matter of understanding how different girls have different feeling and ways to express themselves when watching together a show on TV they like.
During this night shift from Thursday the 10th of December 2015, it was good about my care that Chrissie and Dexan understood how the new medication had a strong effect in my sleepiness state so they allowed me to be the last patient to take meds. It could be improved though the fact that, just as discussed with Wayne during the last patient experience group meeting in the main lounge, we would like to have permission to see the end of the films on TV which don't finish exactly at midnight.
