I just want to say how lovely Val is her on Bay ward. I have sat down and told her my very private health problems and she is always so kind and professional. I do hope that this will get into the right hands as I think the world of her and I hope that she is given a Christmas bonus for being so great at her job. She has been my rock in the short time I have known her.

Today has been a good day to count my blessings.
Once again the staff was lovely, making me feel welcome in Britain. Starting with Mike Hawkins showing up ready to listen to my story told by myself, the opportunity to read my care plan, going to the gym, Shiatsu, relaxation, eating two great meals(lunch and supper) and also a funny quit when I managed to win a bag of sweeties.
The part of the day to be improved relates to the fact when Annie came to my room knocking while I was sleeping and having a wonderful dream made my heart jump, a loud uncontrollable scream that woke Gabrielle up and gave me medication between 12 and 1 am.

I would like to bring to your attention how lovely Love Joy is here on Bay ward.
She has developed a trust with me which I am very taken by.
She is such a lovely natured woman and I hope that she will get some recognition/Christmass bonus for all her hard work here as matron or head nurse.
She is so lovely and a joy to work with.

I would like to put in a good word for the nurse Charity from Bay ward.
She is always so happy and helps me very promptly.
She is trustworthy and I also hope that she will get some sort of recognition for all her good work.
I hope that she will continue to be here throughout my stay. She is wonderful.

Feeling safe, clean, good food. Outside area should be cleaned, it's not just for smokers to enjoy. Access to help with closed rooms and areas.
