However there are a few staff members who seem less mannered.
I can only apologise for this, I know we spoke about this incident at the time and I appreciated you sharing how you felt. I did address this particular situation and we spoke about consistency in the future within the treatment suites. It was a challenging time with increase staff absence but no excuse for staff to be rude.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry that you felt there were not enough staff on the ward. The staffing levels are reviewed each day to ensure that all wards have enough staff. The ward does have to allocate certain times for patient smoking, otherwise some patients would not attend therapy groups and would spend all day smoking in the garden area.
