[name removed], [name removed], [name removed] are amazing and have looked after me so well. However there are a few staff members who seem less mannered.

Suggested improvements
Perhaps they keep better staff rotation with patients as one staff member who did not know me was rather rude towards me and other nurses - who knew how to treat me much better.

I can only apologise for this, I know we spoke about this incident at the time and I appreciated you sharing how you felt. I did address this particular situation and we spoke about consistency in the future within the treatment suites. It was a challenging time with increase staff absence but no excuse for staff to be rude.
