Today the staff have been lovely and experiencing crying. All the staff have listened and responded to my concerns.
Because I went this hospital to be the best are in England.

I been have too long so the staff know me so is better.
All members of staff were very helpful, and kept us informed on how PAU was with his treatment, we also know [name removed] is being well looked after.
Kind friendly staff nothing to much trouble.
Terrible experience, worst time of my life section 2 paperwork was fabricated etc etc.
