I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience on the ICU, please liaise with the nursing team if you feel unsafe and we can assess this and support you.

Before we can commence your ECT treatment staff at the treatment centre prepare all information for your anaesthetic review and this can be delayed by the need for physical health tests to be completed by the ward or community team. I hope you were not waiting too long, if you would like to leave us your details and I would like to contact you to explain any delays you may have encountered. We make every effort to ensure your treatment is safe but timely and value any feedback to continue our work in this area of practice.

I was treated with respect and given the information necessary to explain my treatment.
I was entered to the treatment with very little information about the service or even where I was supposed to go. My midtreatment review didnt happen and was only re-booked in when I enquired about it. I didnt feel safe at all, I felt judged alot of the time especially when you're encouraged to be open and honest with the staff - being open and honest bought unhelpful criticism. Treatment was then withdrawn without discussion as it wasnt helping one bit.

Nice room, good food, good staff, feel independent taking care of yourself.
The food was ok a menu a week ahead would be good so that everyone gets what they ordered it cuts down on food waste. More fruit and juice and yogurts that do not have sweets in. Over all the food was ok.
