The staff treated us all really well, made us cups of tea when we visited, checking we were ok too.
Sick of being told other patients are sick so I have to move on, if I stay in my room I am totally ignored.
I am sorry to hear this feedback, we endeavour to have people discharged as soon as they are well enough. We are planning a daily morning meeting to encourage patients out of their rooms for meaningful activities.

I am sorry to hear this, we have systems in place on the ward that manages the 136 place of safety to ensure that medication is prescribed as soon as possible. I will feed back to all involved.
