I would like have my own contentment, be able to make own decisions and live freely.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this feedback, we value your views and they help us to make improvements on the ward. The domestic staff on the ward try to be very proactive and maintain cleanliness on the ward. This can be challenging as having 17 patients on the ward and staff it can be very busy and become untidy quickly. Nursing staff also complete regular checks of the ward environment to ensure standards are maintained and prompt action is taken where required.
The staff have all been amazing, but the treatment has not get made a difference to me.

Covid has impacted on our service, and has been challenging however its important to us that we use your comments to look at service delivery and make improvement as required, we are checking email address prior to treatment so we have another way of keeping up communications with service users.
I was always greeted warmly and friendly. Each member of staff treated me like a friend.

great staff
I was almost discharged too early from the burrows and my parents had to push for me to stay as I just wasn't safe at all. The care was mixed. Some staff were absolute angels others real awful. I was more or less listened too.
The care was overall good though
