I think the level of staff need to be improved. The dentist I was treated by looks junior as he was not fully aware what how to proceed with the treatment and had to call his senior for advise and guidance. This reduce the level of patient trust. I felt more likely being in a place where I was used as a sample to teach junior dentist.

I am very happy with the outstanding care provided by the team of Dr Nikolaos Donos. I was well looked after and the staff was very friendly, professional and polite. I really appreciated the professional friendliness and warmth of Katie. I felt I was in good hands and could trust entirely whatever advice I was given. The hospital reception staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The hospital premises were spotless and always very clean and tidy. I give 10 Stars to the Restorative Dentistry Team of Dr Donos!

Clinical staff are excellent, kind and caring.
Reception staff are polite and respectful.
A notice board to inform patients of estimated delays would be useful and observed 2 people leaving just at the point when clinical staff were ready to see them.
