I think the level of staff need to be improved. The dentist I was treated by looks junior as he was not fully aware what how to proceed with the treatment and had to call his senior for advise and guidance. This reduce the level of patient trust. I felt more likely being in a place where I was used as a sample to teach junior dentist.
