Friendly and polite reception staff
Everything was explained clearly by the nurse who was friendly and polite
Would use again if I needed to and not feel nervous or embarrassed

Their care is palpable- unavoidably so.

Short of a chauffeur - nothing.
There was a question over the information on the system (seemed illogical). Time was taken to double check. Appropriate action taken. Spot on.

The nurse was lovely and very respectful, there was no wait time, I got what I needed, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Brilliant service.
