Dr Alvarez in barking community sexual health hospital made me feel so safe throughout the appointment. She was professional, caring and never rushed the discussion as I was very anxious. The reception staff were also lovely from the phone call to the office.

I was seen in a timely manner. Only issue i had was the blood test. My arm swelled up and had a lump, ive not had this before.

Fiona my nurse was very helpful and made me feel at ease and completely comfortable. The receptionists were also very lovely and the waiting time was not very long at all so very happy overall.
