The process of booking and attending my appointment was great. I felt very special and was treated with kindness and respect by all staff involved. The Nurse that dealt with me was amazing. She needs a promotion.

It was my first visit. Excellent service. I was treated very well. Very happy and satisfied with my experience. kindness and compassion from all staff. I waiting only 5 minutes, fantastic. Communication was excellent. Very helpful and overall great service.

Jigna made me feel at ease when discussing my issues. It was a very sensitive and confidential matter but she wasn’t at all judgemental and treated me just like a normal person. She was also very thorough and clear in her diagnosis and didn’t cut any corners. I feel reassured with the level of service I received from her.

I think at the door when everyone is waiting outside to arrive it would be nice if it was more organised and clear because I had loads of people coming to me asking what to do and where to go
