The nurse was extremely rude, passive aggressive and patronising - Gio.

Needs to be more compassionate not speak to people like children.

My doctor was so lovely! She talked me through every stop of my implant removal and was very patient. We even cracked up a few jokes which was really nice. You don’t always get that with doctors nowadays.

Joanna was really kind going above and beyond for what I needed even though I’d come in for just one thing. I really appreciated her giving me a call back also as I’d forgotten to rebook a follow up appointment.

Locating appointments more easily rather than walk in. I tried to ring up and was not able to book or given a time frane in regard to when I’d be able to.
