I had an appointment so was seen on time. I had an arm implant put in today. Nurse was very friendly and was done very promptly and I was very happy.

The lady that see me today was very nice and made me feel at ease. She was talking to me throughout my appointment about other things to keep my mind off what as happening. Very greatful.

I have been supported so wonderfully and really appreciate the service provided. It was really difficult receiving the diagnosis but Barking have gone over and beyond to help me and I really appreciate how kind and considerate all staff are at this department.

Nothing better they went over and beyond to ensure I was ok and have good solid advice and support.

From the moment I got inside the treatment room I was asked why I was there and if I had any concerns or questions about my prescription.
The nurse game me enough supply for one year which saves me time from my busy life to go there every three months.

The whole team at barking outpatient East are amazing. They are kind, considerate and extremely trust worthy. I could not ask to receive better care from a better team. They are amazing human beings and amazing at their job!
