I had a good experience on my visit today

There should be better privacy given to patients at front desk. Shouting out what some may find very distressing and embarrassing for all sitted at waiting area to hear was very unpleasant unprofessional and mortifying

I’m not a resident in London , and I got seen by a medical professional which I thought was excellent, , got seen with in 2 hours which I thought was banging for a London hospital, I forget the nurses name , butt try she really did make me feel ok , very professional and understanding, felt very comfortable with her, thank you , also the receptionists x 2 were the best

Turned the tv down in the waiting area , no loud phones , there should be a policy to say head phones only , it did my head and ears right in , listening to the tv extra loud , and noise coming out of everyone’s phones which made distorted noise , why should people have to sit a listen to everyone’s personal phones , it makes me angry, there was no proper queuing system before the waiting room opened , even if you got to the hospital before others it was like a race once the doors opened

The nurse kept pushing me to keep the coil and not get it removed and said i am wasting resources
