I was called the day before my appointment to confirm which was reassuring. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and was seen on time. I was seen by Dr Khokhar who was warm and approachable which helped as I was quite nervous. She carried out the procedure quickly and calmly with no pain or discomfort and chatted with me while she prepped her equipment. This helped me to relax a bit rather than sitting in awkward silence and she seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. I was so shocked by how quickly she completed the procedure, she was a real pro and patched me up quickly. I was in and out in 20 minutes and didn’t feel rushed at all. Thanks so much!
