Confrontational and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Showed no kindness, empathy or compassion despite seeing how upset and distressed I was. ‘If you don’t have all these bloods, you don’t get your tablets’, ‘hold your arm still or I can’t take the bloods’, refused to speak to my doctor at my request. I was promised a specific treatment regime and this hasn’t been followed. Huffing, puffing and tutting
