Waiting time was reasonable, and nurse was very good in explaining what to do and what not to do.
Suggested improvements
I believe where I had an open wound on the head, a nurse who I know (a friend) and saw the next day advised it could of done with more glue and also really should of been covered due to the possibility of infection

The triage questions when calling 111 are odd and over complicated. I say this as a health professional ( GP) the questions are repetitive and at times seem not targeted correctly.. I know it's a proforma they have to go through, so it's whoever designs the system that needs the feedback. For instance, they told me I need seeing within 2 hours , actually overly alarming for something that I knew just needed seeing over the weekend.

The first paramedic I was seen by was absolutely brilliant, great bedside manner and spoke intelligently and genuinely seemed to care. He represents everything good about emergency care.
The second follow up visit was not so great. I was dealt with rather brusquely by a younger female paramedic who seemed overly officious.
Suggested improvements
Better signage to direct patients around the complex facility
A common policy of what to do and when as some directions were contradicted by other staff.

We went in just before our appointment time. The nurse we had was lovely with my daughter. Did not rush anything and told us what was happening all the way through. Could not ask for more.

Nothing at the hospital. An earlier appointment would have been good.

Taken account of my communication needs. Treated me with even a very basic level of decency and respect. Not threatened me. Attempted to provide a very basic level of stabilisation for the condition I went to hospital with. Provided even a tiny amount of information about what was happening. Not criticised patients loudly in front of others.
