The triage questions when calling 111 are odd and over complicated. I say this as a health professional ( GP) the questions are repetitive and at times seem not targeted correctly.. I know it's a proforma they have to go through, so it's whoever designs the system that needs the feedback. For instance, they told me I need seeing within 2 hours , actually overly alarming for something that I knew just needed seeing over the weekend.
