I can’t rate the care in your minor injuries unit highly enough. All the staff were pleasant, helpful, professional and very efficient, particularly Melissa ?Parkes who sutured my wound and including the lady on the desk who was calm and welcoming. The waiting room was full but the staff remained unfazed and all those waiting were comfortable and supported where necessary. The area was very clean, and uncluttered, it felt very reassuring. Lastly parking was easy.

The staff were caring and supportive. They offered both practical and emotional advice and sympathised with the issued being faced.

We were given an appointment by the 111 service, arrived in good time but still had to wait for 20 minutes beyond the appointment time. I understand that the unit is a very busy place but there were only two others in the waiting room and it seemed quiet when we got into the treatment area. It would have been useful to have been updated.

The staff were brilliant making me feel confident about the work being done. I felt appreciated and respected. Information about further follow up was clear.

Staff were knowledgeable, kind, friendly and kept me informed, and once I went through to the clinic the xray etc was very speedy and well organised. Thank you for the excellent care.

It would be helpful to have an indication of length of wait time. I haven’t yet heard about follow up appointment and not sure if I should contact the hospital or wait.

Everything! Staff were very friendly and I was seen on time.

It wasn't super obvious where I was going so perhaps a better sign to where the OOH GP is located?

Almost immediate doctor call back, same day appointment, the advice given and access to immediate prescription was all very good
