The staff were caring and supportive. They offered both practical and emotional advice and sympathised with the issued being faced.

Suggested improvements
We were given an appointment by the 111 service, arrived in good time but still had to wait for 20 minutes beyond the appointment time. I understand that the unit is a very busy place but there were only two others in the waiting room and it seemed quiet when we got into the treatment area. It would have been useful to have been updated.
