Excellent treatment (cleaning and dressing deep hand cut)
Follow up (tetanus booster) by GP surgery nurse - 3 days later.

Make sure you have enough doctors on so that after waiting hours upon hours to be seen, your child isn’t sent away with a fractured foot because the nurse seeing to you needs a second opinion and has no one to ask!!

I was so very impressed with the care that was given to my 93 yr old mother. We appreciated being made a priority in the queue- due to her age and probably the fact that she was bleeding quite a lot! Trish could not have been kinder, she made the whole experience far less frightening for both of us. The stitching on her forehead was not simple and yet Trish did a very tidy job of them.
The ‘head nurse’ who examined my mother before we left was equally kind and reassuring.
We could not praise the care given any higher.

The care was (as always) exceptional!
Suggested improvements
Not having the system of a specific clinician dealing with specific people. I brought a 5 year old in with a head injury and he had to sit and watch 6 people who came in after him be seen before him (as well as the huge number who were already there when we came in).

My 90 year old mum was attended to promptly, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. I was very impressed with the whole set-up, and if I ever needed to use the service again I would be confident that it would do everything needed.

No suggestions in this regard - it all worked perfectly.

Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know how long the waiting time was but then again I didn't ask. 10/10 would injure myself again.
