I was so very impressed with the care that was given to my 93 yr old mother. We appreciated being made a priority in the queue- due to her age and probably the fact that she was bleeding quite a lot! Trish could not have been kinder, she made the whole experience far less frightening for both of us. The stitching on her forehead was not simple and yet Trish did a very tidy job of them. The ‘head nurse’ who examined my mother before we left was equally kind and reassuring. We could not praise the care given any higher.
