The staff worked extremely hard having a heavy work load. I was called at home before 9am and not allowed to finish my breakfast. The ambulance was except for me EMPTY. When I arrived there were no other patients there for treatments. I received my treatment (after many others) about 12 noon. My treatment (2 tablets) took place between 12 noon and 1pm. Since then 2pm I have waited for transport home in Charney Bassett and I am told that the next journey return home will start in one hour. What has gone wrong and why? Service today is not good enough. Pull your socks up!
