I am quite capable of making my own decisions about my health needs, but need sound practical information on which to base my decisions. Dr Eggleton works with me by providing that information, offering suggestions and advice, but also - crucially for me - she respects my decisions. At the same time there is no hesitation in referring me elsewhere if necessary. I know she will advise me honestly. I have used other services provided by the surgery and have always been pleased with them. I have answered the question about the receptionists because I could not submit the review otherwise. However on this occasion I had no contact with them. Whenever I have dealt with them in the past I have found them to be courteous and helpful.

This surgery keeps getting better, I find it increasingly easy to get an appointment when I need one and my husband has his repeat prescriptions delivered to the chemist for him, making it an easier for us. I've always liked the nurses here, especially Shena Grey who is just lovely. Receptionists are very nice and helpful.

Complaint in the time it takes to answer the telephone at reception, even allowing fro obvious business at time. On 5th I phoned, pressing two for appointments. The phone rang for 12 mins, 17 secs before being answered. The time I rang was 5-15 pm (surely not an over busy time). Your reception service, is struggling.
