Good - can usually get appointment on the day. Many kind helpful doctors. Claire very lovely and helpful today. Bad - waiting times often over 30 mins. Some doctors quite pushy over contraception and unwanted treatment.

Complaint in the time it takes to answer the telephone at reception, even allowing fro obvious business at time. On 5th I phoned, pressing two for appointments. The phone rang for 12 mins, 17 secs before being answered. The time I rang was 5-15 pm (surely not an over busy time). Your reception service, is struggling.
