Excellent experience

Allowed me to pay for more in depth test on my blood sample to get a wider view of my health at this point in time, I was also expecting to give urine and stool samples for analysis. This is my first well man test so wasn't sure what to expext, I'm keen to know if I'm doing the right things with my health.

I rang for an appointment at 8 am on Wednesday but had to wait till Friday to see someone.

I have an ongoing problem for which I have not seen a doctor just a clinician or nurse in three visits. I have had two lots of antibiotics in two months and am still not cured.

Can only get an appointment several weeks in advance unless you call at 8a.m, wait in a queue then hope there maybe an appointment that day. If not you have to do it all over again the next day.

It was very easy toske and appointment and I was seen very quickly.

Nothing, the NHS is doing the best it can and criticism will not help the morale of the workers that are working so darn hard.

Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
