When the doctor says he wants to see you again within a month, then you are told to phone in 5 weeks before you can make an appointment. So my pain medication will have run out weeks before I get reassed by the doctor

Getting an appointment is a nightmare at helm chase
Having to go to the urgent care centre for a repeat prescription is ludicrous

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
